• Account connection data: When you connect a social media account (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X), we receive and store OAuth access tokens that allow us to act on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Usage data: Basic information about how you use the app, including actions taken (clips created, posts distributed) and any errors encountered, used solely for improving the Service.
• Video content: Video files you process are handled locally on your device. We do not upload or store your video content on our servers except transiently during an active distribution action you initiate.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate and maintain your connected social media accounts
• Execute distribution actions you explicitly request (posting clips to platforms)
• Improve the reliability and performance of the Service
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect accounts from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter/X, those platforms may share data with us pursuant to your authorization. We use this data only to perform the actions you request within the Service. Each platform's own privacy policy governs their data practices.

Data obtained from Google APIs (including YouTube) is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted using industry-standard encryption (Fernet symmetric encryption) and stored locally in the application data directory on your device. We do not transmit your tokens to third-party services beyond what is required to authenticate with the connected platform.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your connected account tokens and settings for as long as you use the Service or until you disconnect an account. You can disconnect any account at any time within the application, which will delete the associated token from storage.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
